What We Are Looking For:

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, International Relations, or another rigorous, analytical field.

Professional Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on experience supporting C-suite executives, managing partners, or senior officials — in consulting, investment banking, government advisory, or another fast-moving professional environment.

Real exposure to government institutions, regulators, or DFI counterparts, and a track record that shows people have trusted you with their confidence and let you represent them externally.

Listening & Synthesis: Can sit through a dense, fast-moving discussion and afterwards tell someone exactly what was decided and what happens next.

Versatility / Range: Moves easily between a financial conversation, a government meeting, and a technical discussion in the same day, without losing footing in any of them.

Influence Without Authority: Gets people moving — across teams and outside the organisation — without needing formal authority over them.

Communication & Personal Presence: Writes and speaks well, carries a presence that earns trust quickly, and treats confidential information as exactly that.

Cross-Cultural Adaptability: Comfortable working across cultures and, ideally, languages; the work spans Nigeria, Namibia, and other markets, often in the same week.

Note: Only successful applicants will be contacted.

Application closes on the 24th of July 2026.
