Tradegrid, an industry-leading smart trading company, on a mission to drive digital transformation in energy trading; not just building a business, but also shaping the future of energy entrepreneurship and e-commerce in Africa, is currently seeking for a highly motivated and organized Oil and Gas Depot Representative to manage our depot operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of oil and gas products

LOCATION: Lagos

JOB TYPE: Full-time

MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:

• Manage day—to—day depot operations and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.

• Ensure smooth coordination of loading ticket processing and product dispatch operations at the Depots and the Refinery.

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and product tracking.

• Carry out depot inspection and provide recommendation.

• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team on customers loading schedule.

• Develop and implement procedures to improve loading efficiency.

• Gather daily price intelligence and share report.

• Ensure apt reporting standard.

REQUIREMENTS/ SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, logistics, or business administration).

• Minimum 3—5 years of experience in oil and gas depot operations or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of oil and gas industry (Downstream) regulations and safety standards.

• Must have PMS, AGO depot experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Preferably residing on the island.
