Field Sales Associate | TradeGrid

Tradegrid, an industry-leading smart trading company, on a mission to drive digital transformation in energy trading; not just building a business, but also shaping the future of energy entrepreneurship and e-commerce in Africa, is currently seeking for a highly motivated and organized Field Sales Associate with experience in retail sales in the downstream sector.

LOCATION: Lagos

JOB TYPE: Full-time

MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve AGO, PMS sales targets

• Build, grow and maintain strong relationships with customers within retail space of oil and gas sector

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil and gas

• Provide excellent customer service and support

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales operations

REQUIREMENTS/ SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 2-3 years of sales experience in the retail downstream sector
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Willingness to travel locally
7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
