JOB SUMMARY:
The Management Analyst serves as a core analytical and execution anchor embedded within the organization delivery engine, driving the implementation of high-stakes corporate and sovereign mandates. Far beyond traditional project coordination, this high-impact role demands intense intellectual agility and the multi-disciplinary capacity to transition fluidly between complex market intelligence gathering, institutional-grade financial modelling, and executive narrative design. Utilising first-principles thinking and top-tier consulting frameworks, the ideal candidate acts as a cross-functional problem solver capable of translating complex, data-dense technical findings into clear, boardroom-ready strategies. Operating across diverse business verticals, government advisory, financial advisory, energy and technology . The Analyst is evaluated on their technical precision, rigorous execution discipline, and capacity to scale rapidly into senior leadership.

What We Are Looking For:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, International Development, or a highly quantitative, analytical field.
Analytical Expertise: A minimum of four (4) years of high-octane experience inside management consulting firms, corporate strategy wings, investment banking divisions, or multi-sector project advisory environments.
Operational Skills: Exceptional cross-functional dexterity; demonstrated ability to manage and advance multiple high-stakes, conflicting analytical streams simultaneously under strict deadlines.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level capability in building dynamic financial models (Excel/specialised analytical platforms), structural framework mapping, modern data visualisation software, and leveraging advanced digital workflow/generative AI tools to expedite analysis.
Sector Knowledge: Foundational familiarity with regulatory, geopolitical, and commercial landscape dynamics across at least two target areas: Energy/Infrastructure, GovTech, Public Governance, or Development Finance.
Interpersonal Skills: Flawless written and oral storytelling capabilities, a polished executive presence, and the psychological confidence required to collaborate effectively with internal leads, corporate boards, and sovereign dignitaries.
