Organisation Overview

Our client is an established facilities management and property services organisation operating within Nigeria's rapidly expanding real estate sector. Backed by a respected property development group, the business has built over a decade of operational experience managing residential and mixed-use developments while delivering maintenance, asset preservation, resident engagement, and property support services.

With an existing portfolio under management and a strong institutional foundation, the organisation is entering a new phase of growth focused on expanding beyond its current portfolio to compete for third-party facilities management mandates across residential estates, commercial developments, mixed-use assets, and institutional facilities.

The Board is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead this transformation and establish the organisation as a recognised leader within the facilities management industry.
