The Board is seeking a visionary and commercially driven Managing Director to lead this transformation.

The Opportunity

The Managing Director will be expected to:

Leadership Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of corporate strategy.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a commercially astute executive with a demonstrated ability to lead growth, transformation, and operational excellence.

They will possess:

Significant leadership experience within security services, facilities management, defence, law enforcement, risk management, or related sectors.

Proven success in business development and client acquisition.

Strong financial and commercial acumen.

Experience leading organisational transformation initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Executive presence and exceptional communication capability.

A track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Security Management, Law, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.

MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.

Minimum of 15 years' professional experience, including senior executive leadership.

Demonstrated experience managing growth-oriented businesses.

Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and operational risk management.
