Key Requirements:
- First Class Graduates (preferred)
- Recent NYSC completion
- Exposure/familiarity with manufacturing or shopfloor operations (preferred)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Leadership potential with ownership mindset
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn
- Flexible for relocation
- Ability to work in dynamic, execution-focused environments
- Strong drive, discipline, and results orientation
