Sales Executive (Recruitment Services)

Our client is seeking a result-driven and commercially minded Sales Executive to support business growth within its Recruitment Services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads, building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and closing recruitment-focused sales opportunities. 


Location :

Lagos (Remote)


Key Responsibilities :

  • - Drive sales and revenue growth.
  • - Engage and convert pre-qualified leads into paying clients.
  • - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • - Develop tailored sales pitches and recruitment solutions based on client needs.
  • - Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • - Negotiate and close deals while ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • - Monitor sales performance and adapt strategies based on market trends and client feedback.
  • - Collaborate with internal teams to align client acquisition and service delivery efforts.

Requirements :

  • - 3–5 years’ experience in Sales, Recruitment, HR Services, or SaaS-related business development.
  • - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • - Strong experience in consultative selling, client engagement, and deal closure.
  • - Good understanding of recruitment processes and industry trends.
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • - Relevant professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Recruitment are an added advantage.

Reporting Line :

Reports directly to the Director of Sales.
