Our client, An emerging market leader in consulting, digital transformation, eGovernment and technology services, is seeking to engage a People & Culture Lead to contribute to the organization’s growth and success.
LOCATION: Abuja
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The People & Culture Lead is responsible for driving organisational development, talent management, employee engagement, and people strategy initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.
This role provides strategic leadership across the people function by designing and implementing frameworks, policies, and culture initiatives that align workforce performance with organisational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capability, strategic HR expertise, and the ability to foster a high-performance, people-centered, and execution-focused work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, PHR, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or strategic HR responsibilities.
- Prior experience within consulting, technology, professional services, or fast-growing organisations is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in organisational development, culture transformation, and people strategy implementation.
TECHNICAL SKILLS :
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and collaboration tools such as ClickUp and Slack.
- Experience using HRIS platforms and talent management systems.
- Strong knowledge of HR analytics, workforce reporting, and people data interpretation.
- Strong understanding of labour legislation, HR compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
