Our client, An emerging market leader in consulting, digital transformation, eGovernment and technology services, is seeking to engage a Growth and Partnership Lead to contribute to the organization’s growth and success.

LOCATION: Abuja

ROLE OVERVIEW: 

The Growth and Partnership Lead is responsible for driving business growth, strategic partnerships, revenue generation, and market expansion initiatives across both public and private sectors.

The role is critical to identifying and securing new business opportunities, building high-value strategic relationships, strengthening market positioning, and supporting long-term organisational growth objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking, stakeholder management expertise, and a proven ability to execute growth initiatives within fast-paced and high-performance environments.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.

- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

 - Minimum of 7–9 years’ experience in business development, strategic partnerships, growth, consulting, or commercial roles.

- Prior experience within consulting, finance, business development, advisory, banking, or structured corporate environments is highly preferred.

- Demonstrated experience managing strategic partnerships and revenue-focused initiatives across public and private sectors.

- Proven track record of achieving growth targets and driving commercial outcomes.

TECHNICAL SKILLS :

- Proficiency in Google Workspace and collaboration tools such as ClickUp and Slack.

- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar tools.

- Strong proposal development, reporting, presentation, and strategic documentation capabilities.

- Sound financial and commercial acumen, including understanding partnership value structures and revenue models.
