Our client, An emerging market leader in consulting, digital transformation, eGovernment and technology services, is seeking to engage an Executive Assistant to contribute to the organization’s growth and success.
LOCATION: Abuja
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to the Managing Partner and leadership team to ensure the seamless execution of strategic priorities and day-to-day business activities.
This role requires exceptional organisational ability, professionalism, discretion, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, executive-focused, and project-driven environment. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, highly adaptable, and capable of coordinating activities across internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and operational efficiency.

- Research & Strategic Support
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Prior experience within consulting, finance, professional services, or structured corporate environments will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience working within a fast-paced and high-performance environment.
TECHNICAL SKILLS :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience using scheduling and collaboration tools such as Calendly, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Strong reporting, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated technical competence with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced group structure, complemented by strong managerial, coordination, and operational execution capabilities.
