Job Purpose
Ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to prevent downtime. This role plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of electrical systems within the facility, by creating and executing a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan.
Responsibilities
•Develop and Implement solutions to improve equipment reliability and performance.
•Create and execute preventive maintenance plans.
•Achieve maximum productivity by achieving higher machine utilization with minimal down times, ensuring the proposed lifetime and continually improve it.
•Optimize machine performance and ensure smooth and efficient operation.
•Ensure operation safety and ensure spare parts availability and manage re-order levels.
Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical and Electronics or other related fields.
•4-6 years experience in a similar role.
•Practical knowledge of Industrial machines, Frequency Inverters, Thermocouples, Relays, Contactors and 3 Phase Electric Motors.
•Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
•Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or any other Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
