ob Purpose:

The role is responsible for managing and supporting critical financial and compliance-related activities across insurance, export incentives, agreement registration, and tax matters.


Key Responsibilities:

     Insurance Matters:

•    Coordinate with brokers and relevant departments for annual renewal of all insurance policies.

•    Track and manage insurance claims, ensuring prompt settlement and closure of open issues.

•    Initiate claim processing upon loss occurrences and maintain a detailed Claims Register, capturing item descriptions, aging, estimates, and actual settlements.


     Export Expansion Grant (EEG)

•    Prepare schedules and documentation to support baseline data applications for EEG ratings for Beta Glass and FINL entities.

•    Collate all export-related schedules and documents in compliance with NEPC submission requirements for EEG claims


    Agreements Registration with National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP)

•    Complete NOTAP questionnaires related to management service fees and know-how license fees.

•    Coordinate, collate, and submit all required documents and schedules for new and renewal applications.


    Tax Matters

•    Assist in responding to tax queries from FIRS, LIRS, and other relevant institutions in a timely manner



Qualifications & Experience:

•    Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related fields

•    Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role

•    Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or any other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software

•    Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Presentation

•    Good Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
