Our client, a leading market intelligence and strategic advisory firm, committed to delivering research and information services to bridge the gap between investors and markets, is seeking to engage a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to contribute to the organization’s growth and success.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS :

- Education to BA/BS level at minimum

- MBA or Post Graduate Education/Certification

- At least three years of working experience in a managerial role.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE :

1. Demonstrable experience of working at a strategic level.

2. Experience in project management.

3. Resilience and flexibility, able to work calmly under pressure and deal with a fast-changing workload and sometimes demanding deadlines.

4. Proactive, ingenious, and creative approach to solving problems.

5. Ability to produce well-presented, coherent written and visual materials  quickly.

6. Outgoing, helpful disposition and the ability to deal with people  respectfully, diplomatically and firmly as appropriate.

7. Experience of effective teamwork in a virtual setting with staff  worldwide.

8. Excellent English language communication skills, including the ability to  produce precise, grammatically correct written documents and      presentations.

9. Able to deal with confidential matters discreetly.

10. Organized, systematic and able to organise a filing system that makes it easy  to collate, curate and retrieve documents electronically (digitally) and  physically.

11. Numeracy and financial literacy.

12. Experience of and sensitivity to diversity in all its forms in a multi ethnic and globally oriented organisation.

DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Competency in other major local and world language(s) in addition  to English will be desirable or a future goal. 

2. Advanced graduate degree study
